      <verse number='1'>Be <strongs number="408">not</strongs>thou <strongs number="7065">envious</strongs>against <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>, <strongs number="408">neither</strongs><strongs number="183">desire</strongs>to <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>their <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs><strongs number="1897">studieth</strongs><strongs number="7701">destruction</strongs>, and their <strongs number="8193">lips</strongs><strongs number="1696">talk</strongs>of <strongs number="5999">mischief</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Through <strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs>is a <strongs number="1004">house</strongs><strongs number="1129">built</strongs>; and by <strongs number="8394">understanding</strongs>it is <strongs number="3559">established</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='4'>And by <strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>shall the <strongs number="2315">chambers</strongs>be <strongs number="4390">filled</strongs>with <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3368">precious</strongs>and <strongs number="5273">pleasant</strongs><strongs number="1952">riches</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>A <strongs number="2450">wise</strongs><strongs number="1397">man</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5797">strong</strongs>; yea, a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>of <strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs><strongs number="553">increaseth</strongs><strongs number="3581">strength</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>by wise <strongs number="8458">counsel</strongs>thou shalt <strongs number="6213">make</strongs>thy <strongs number="4421">war</strongs>: and in <strongs number="7230">multitude</strongs>of <strongs number="3289">counselors</strongs><em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="8668">safety</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="2454">Wisdom</strongs><em> is </em>too <strongs number="7311">high</strongs>for a <strongs number="191">fool</strongs>: he <strongs number="6605">openeth</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>his <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>in the <strongs number="8179">gate</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>He that <strongs number="2803">deviseth</strongs>to do <strongs number="7489">evil</strongs>shall be <strongs number="7121">called</strongs>a <strongs number="4209">mischievous</strongs><strongs number="1167">person</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>The <strongs number="2154">thought</strongs>of <strongs number="200">foolishness</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2403">sin</strongs>: and the <strongs number="3887">scorner</strongs><em> is </em>an <strongs number="8441">abomination</strongs>to <strongs number="120">men</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'><em> If </em>thou <strongs number="7503">faint</strongs>in the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>of <strongs number="6869">adversity</strongs>, thy <strongs number="3581">strength</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="6862">small</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>thou <strongs number="2820">forbear</strongs>to <strongs number="5337">deliver</strongs><em> them </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="3947">drawn</strongs>unto <strongs number="4194">death</strongs>, and <em> those </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="4131">ready</strongs>to be <strongs number="2027">slain</strongs>; </verse>

      <verse number='14'><strongs number="3651">So</strongs><em> shall </em>the <strongs number="3045">knowledge</strongs>of <strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs><em> be </em>unto thy <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>: <strongs number="518">when</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><em> it </em>, then there shall <strongs number="3426">be</strongs>a <strongs number="319">reward</strongs>, and thy <strongs number="8615">expectation</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be cut <strongs number="3772">off</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>Lay not <strongs number="408 693">wait</strongs>, O <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><em> man </em>, against the <strongs number="5116">dwelling</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>; <strongs number="7703">spoil</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs>his resting <strongs number="7258">place</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>a <strongs number="6662">just</strongs><em> man </em><strongs number="5307">falleth</strongs><strongs number="7651">seven</strongs>times, and riseth up <strongs number="6965">again</strongs>: but the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>shall <strongs number="3782">fall</strongs>into <strongs number="7451">mischief</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="8055">Rejoice</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs>when thine <strongs number="341">enemy</strongs><strongs number="5307">falleth</strongs>, and let <strongs number="408">not</strongs>thine <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>be <strongs number="1523">glad</strongs>when he <strongs number="3782">stumbleth</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="6435">Lest</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="7200">see</strongs><em> it </em>, and it <strongs number="7489 5869">displease</strongs>him, and he turn <strongs number="7725">away</strongs>his <strongs number="639">wrath</strongs><strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>Fret not <strongs number="408 2734">thyself</strongs>because of <strongs number="7489">evil</strongs><em> men </em>, <strongs number="408">neither</strongs>be thou <strongs number="7065">envious</strongs>at the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='20'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>there shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="319">reward</strongs>to the <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><em> man </em>; the <strongs number="5216">candle</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>shall be put <strongs number="1846">out</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>My <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, <strongs number="3372">fear</strongs>thou <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>: <em> and </em><strongs number="6148">meddle</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>them that are given to <strongs number="8138">change</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='22'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>their <strongs number="343">calamity</strongs>shall <strongs number="6965">rise</strongs><strongs number="6597">suddenly</strongs>; and <strongs number="4310">who</strongs><strongs number="3045">knoweth</strongs>the <strongs number="6365">ruin</strongs>of them <strongs number="8147">both</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='23'><strongs number="428">These</strongs><em> things </em><strongs number="1571">also</strongs><em> belong </em>to the <strongs number="2450">wise</strongs>. <em> It </em><em> is </em><strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>to have <strongs number="5234">respect</strongs>of <strongs number="6440">persons</strongs>in <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='24'>He that <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>unto the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>, <strongs number="859">Thou</strongs><em> art </em><strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>; him shall the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="5344">curse</strongs>, <strongs number="3816">nations</strongs>shall <strongs number="2194">abhor</strongs>him: </verse>
      <verse number='25'>But to them that <strongs number="3198">rebuke</strongs><em> him </em>shall be <strongs number="5276">delight</strongs>, and a <strongs number="2896">good</strongs><strongs number="1293">blessing</strongs>shall <strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='26'><em> Every </em><em> man </em>shall <strongs number="5401">kiss</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="8193">lips</strongs>that <strongs number="7725">giveth</strongs>a <strongs number="5228">right</strongs><strongs number="1697">answer</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='27'><strongs number="3559">Prepare</strongs>thy <strongs number="4399">work</strongs><strongs number="2351">without</strongs>, and make it <strongs number="6257">fit</strongs>for thyself in the <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>; and <strongs number="310">afterwards</strongs><strongs number="1129">build</strongs>thine <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='28'><strongs number="1961">Be</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs>a <strongs number="5707">witness</strongs>against thy <strongs number="7453">neighbor</strongs>without <strongs number="2600">cause</strongs>; and <strongs number="6601">deceive</strongs><em> not </em>with thy <strongs number="8193">lips</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='29'><strongs number="559">Say</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs>, I will <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="3651">so</strongs>to him <strongs number="834">as</strongs>he hath <strongs number="6213">done</strongs>to me: I will <strongs number="7725">render</strongs>to the <strongs number="376">man</strongs>according to his <strongs number="6467">work</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='30'>I <strongs number="5674">went</strongs><strongs number="5921">by</strongs>the <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>of the <strongs number="6102 376">slothful</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">by</strongs>the <strongs number="3754">vineyard</strongs>of the <strongs number="120">man</strongs><strongs number="2638">void</strongs>of <strongs number="3820">understanding</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='31'>And, <strongs number="2009">lo</strongs>, it was <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>grown <strongs number="5927">over</strongs>with <strongs number="7063">thorns</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="2738">nettles</strongs>had <strongs number="3680">covered</strongs>the <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>thereof, and the <strongs number="68">stone</strongs><strongs number="1444">wall</strongs>thereof was broken <strongs number="2040">down</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='32'>Then <strongs number="595">I</strongs><strongs number="2372">saw</strongs>, <em> and </em>considered <em> it </em><strongs number="7896 3820">well</strongs>: I <strongs number="7200">looked</strongs>upon <em> it, </em><em> and </em><strongs number="3947">received</strongs><strongs number="4148">instruction</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='33'><em> Yet </em>a <strongs number="4592">little</strongs><strongs number="8142">sleep</strongs>, a <strongs number="4592">little</strongs><strongs number="8572">slumber</strongs>, a <strongs number="4592">little</strongs><strongs number="2264">folding</strongs>of the <strongs number="3027">hands</strongs>to <strongs number="7901">sleep</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='34'>So shall thy <strongs number="7389">poverty</strongs><strongs number="935">come</strongs><em> as </em>one that <strongs number="1980">traveleth</strongs>; and thy <strongs number="4270">want</strongs>as an <strongs number="4043">armed</strongs><strongs number="376">man</strongs>. </verse>
