      <verse number='1'><em> Is </em><em> there </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>an appointed <strongs number="6635">time</strongs>to <strongs number="582">man</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="776">earth</strongs>? <em> are </em><em> not </em>his <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>also like the <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>of a <strongs number="7916">hireling</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='2'>As a <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>earnestly <strongs number="7602">desireth</strongs>the <strongs number="6738">shadow</strongs>, and as a <strongs number="7916">hireling</strongs>looketh <strongs number="6960">for</strongs><em> the </em><em> reward </em><em> of </em>his <strongs number="6467">work</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="3651">So</strongs>am I made to <strongs number="5157">possess</strongs><strongs number="3391">months</strongs>of <strongs number="7723">vanity</strongs>, and <strongs number="5999">wearisome</strongs><strongs number="3915">nights</strongs>are <strongs number="4487">appointed</strongs>to me. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="518">When</strongs>I lie <strongs number="7901">down</strongs>, I <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="4970">When</strongs>shall I <strongs number="6965">arise</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6153">night</strongs>be <strongs number="4059">gone</strongs>? and I am <strongs number="7646">full</strongs>of tossings to and <strongs number="5076">fro</strongs><strongs number="5704">unto</strongs>the dawning of the <strongs number="5399">day</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>My <strongs number="1320">flesh</strongs>is <strongs number="3847">clothed</strongs>with <strongs number="7415">worms</strongs>and <strongs number="1487">clods</strongs>of <strongs number="6083">dust</strongs>; my <strongs number="5785">skin</strongs>is <strongs number="7280">broken</strongs>, and become <strongs number="3988">loathsome</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>My <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>are <strongs number="7043">swifter</strongs><strongs number="4480">than</strongs>a weaver's <strongs number="708">shuttle</strongs>, and are <strongs number="3615">spent</strongs><strongs number="657">without</strongs><strongs number="8615">hope</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>O <strongs number="2142">remember</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>my <strongs number="2416">life</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7307">wind</strongs>: mine <strongs number="5869">eye</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="7725">more</strongs><strongs number="7200">see</strongs><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>The <strongs number="5869">eye</strongs>of him that hath <strongs number="7210">seen</strongs>me shall <strongs number="7789">see</strongs>me <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><em> more </em>: thine <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs><em> are </em>upon me, and I <em> am </em><strongs number="369">not</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'><em> As </em>the <strongs number="6051">cloud</strongs>is <strongs number="3615">consumed</strongs>and vanisheth <strongs number="1980">away</strongs>: <strongs number="3651">so</strongs>he that goeth <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>to the <strongs number="7585">grave</strongs>shall come <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><em> more </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>He shall <strongs number="7725">return</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="5750">more</strongs>to his <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall his <strongs number="4725">place</strongs><strongs number="5234">know</strongs>him any <strongs number="5750">more</strongs>. </verse>
