      <verse number='2'>Then <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>stood <strongs number="6965">up</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>his <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="8085">Hear</strongs>me, my <strongs number="251">brethren</strongs>, and my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>: <em> As </em><em> for </em><em> me </em>, <strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> had </em><strongs number="5973">in</strongs>mine <strongs number="3824">heart</strongs>to <strongs number="1129">build</strongs>a <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="4496">rest</strongs>for the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>of the <strongs number="1285">covenant</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, and for the <strongs number="1916 7272">footstool</strongs>of our <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, and had made <strongs number="3559">ready</strongs>for the <strongs number="1129">building</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='3'>But <strongs number="430">God</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>unto me, Thou shalt <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="1129">build</strongs>a <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>for my <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><em> hast </em><em> been </em>a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>of <strongs number="4421">war</strongs>, and hast <strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>Howbeit the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="977">chose</strongs>me before <strongs number="4480 3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of my <strongs number="1">father</strongs>to <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs><strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="5769">forever</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>he hath <strongs number="977">chosen</strongs><strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs><em> to </em><em> be </em>the <strongs number="5057">ruler</strongs>; and of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>, the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of my <strongs number="1">father</strongs>; and among the <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>of my <strongs number="1">father</strongs>he <strongs number="7521">liked</strongs>me to make <em> me </em><strongs number="4427">king</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And of <strongs number="4480 3605">all</strongs>my <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>, ( <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath <strongs number="5414">given</strongs>me <strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>,) he hath <strongs number="977">chosen</strongs><strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs>my <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>to <strongs number="3427">sit</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="3678">throne</strongs>of the <strongs number="4438">kingdom</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs><strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>unto me, <strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs>thy <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>shall <strongs number="1129">build</strongs>my <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>and my <strongs number="2691">courts</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>I have <strongs number="977">chosen</strongs>him <em> to </em><em> be </em>my <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, and <strongs number="589">I</strongs>will <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>his <strongs number="1">father</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>Moreover I will <strongs number="3559">establish</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="4438">kingdom</strongs><strongs number="5704 5769">forever</strongs>, <strongs number="518">if</strongs>he be <strongs number="2388">constant</strongs>to <strongs number="6213">do</strongs>my <strongs number="4687">commandments</strongs>and my <strongs number="4941">judgments</strongs>, as at <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'><strongs number="6258">Now</strongs>therefore in the <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>the <strongs number="6951">congregation</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="241">audience</strongs>of our <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, <strongs number="8104">keep</strongs>and <strongs number="1875">seek</strongs>for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4687">commandments</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>your <strongs number="430">God</strongs>: <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>ye may <strongs number="3423">possess</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>this <strongs number="2896">good</strongs><strongs number="776">land</strongs>, and leave <em> it </em>for an <strongs number="5157">inheritance</strongs>for your <strongs number="1121">children</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>you <strongs number="5704 5769">forever</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And <strongs number="859">thou</strongs>, <strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs>my <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, <strongs number="3045">know</strongs>thou <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of thy <strongs number="1">father</strongs>, and <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs>him with a <strongs number="8003">perfect</strongs><strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>and with a <strongs number="2655">willing</strongs><strongs number="5315">mind</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1875">searcheth</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3824">hearts</strongs>, and <strongs number="995">understandeth</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3336">imaginations</strongs>of the <strongs number="4284">thoughts</strongs>: <strongs number="518">if</strongs>thou <strongs number="1875">seek</strongs>him, he will be <strongs number="4672">found</strongs>of thee; but <strongs number="518">if</strongs>thou <strongs number="5800">forsake</strongs>him, he will cast thee <strongs number="2186">off</strongs><strongs number="5704">forever</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>Take <strongs number="7200">heed</strongs><strongs number="6258">now</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath <strongs number="977">chosen</strongs>thee to <strongs number="1129">build</strongs>a <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>for the <strongs number="4720">sanctuary</strongs>: be <strongs number="2388">strong</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>Then <strongs number="1732">David</strongs><strongs number="5414">gave</strongs>to <strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs>his <strongs number="1121">son</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="8403">pattern</strongs>of the <strongs number="197">porch</strongs>, and of the <strongs number="1004">houses</strongs>thereof, and of the <strongs number="1597">treasuries</strongs>thereof, and of the upper <strongs number="5944">chambers</strongs>thereof, and of the <strongs number="6442">inner</strongs><strongs number="2315">parlors</strongs>thereof, and of the <strongs number="1004">place</strongs>of the mercy <strongs number="3727">seat</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='12'>And the <strongs number="8403">pattern</strongs>of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>he <strongs number="1961">had</strongs>by the <strongs number="7307">spirit</strongs>, <strongs number="5973">of</strongs>the <strongs number="2691">courts</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, and of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3957">chambers</strongs>round <strongs number="5439">about</strongs>, of the <strongs number="214">treasuries</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, and of the <strongs number="214">treasuries</strongs>of the dedicated <strongs number="6944">things</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='13'>Also for the <strongs number="4256">courses</strongs>of the <strongs number="3548">priests</strongs>and the <strongs number="3881">Levites</strongs>, and for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4399">work</strongs>of the <strongs number="5656">service</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, and for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3627">vessels</strongs>of <strongs number="5656">service</strongs>in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><em> He </em><em> gave </em>of <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>for <em> things </em>of <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>, for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3627">instruments</strongs>of all manner of <strongs number="5656 5656">service</strongs>; <em> silver </em><em> also </em>for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3627">instruments</strongs>of <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>, for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="3627">instruments</strongs>of every kind of <strongs number="5656 5656">service</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='15'>Even the <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>for the <strongs number="4501">candlesticks</strongs>of <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>, and for their <strongs number="5216">lamps</strongs>of <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>, by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>for every <strongs number="4501 4501">candlestick</strongs>, and for the <strongs number="5216">lamps</strongs>thereof: and for the <strongs number="4501">candlesticks</strongs>of <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>, <em> both </em>for the <strongs number="4501">candlestick</strongs>, and <em> also </em>for the <strongs number="5216">lamps</strongs>thereof, according to the <strongs number="5656">use</strongs>of every <strongs number="4501 4501">candlestick</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>And by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs><em> he </em><em> gave </em><strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>for the <strongs number="7979">tables</strongs>of <strongs number="4635">shewbread</strongs>, for every <strongs number="7979 7979">table</strongs>; and <em> likewise </em><strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>for the <strongs number="7979">tables</strongs>of <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='17'>Also <strongs number="2889">pure</strongs><strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>for the <strongs number="4207">fleshhooks</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4219">bowls</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7184">cups</strongs>: and for the <strongs number="2091">golden</strongs><strongs number="3713">basins</strongs><em> he </em><em> gave </em><em> gold </em>by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>for every <strongs number="3713 3713">basin</strongs>; and <em> likewise </em><em> silver </em>by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>for every <strongs number="3713 3713 3713">basin</strongs>of <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='18'>And for the <strongs number="4196">altar</strongs>of <strongs number="7004">incense</strongs><strongs number="2212">refined</strongs><strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>by <strongs number="4948">weight</strongs>; and <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>for the <strongs number="8403">pattern</strongs>of the <strongs number="4818">chariot</strongs>of the <strongs number="3742">cherubims</strongs>, that spread <strongs number="6566">out</strongs><em> their </em><em> wings </em>, and <strongs number="5526">covered</strongs>the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>of the <strongs number="1285">covenant</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'><strongs number="3605">All</strongs><em> this, </em><em> said </em><em> David </em>, the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>made me <strongs number="7919">understand</strongs>in <strongs number="3791">writing</strongs>by <em> his </em><strongs number="4480 3027">hand</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>me, <em> even </em><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4399">works</strongs>of this <strongs number="8403">pattern</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>And <strongs number="1732">David</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>to <strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs>his <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, Be <strongs number="2388">strong</strongs>and of good <strongs number="553">courage</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> it </em>: <strongs number="3372">fear</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs>, <strongs number="408">nor</strongs>be <strongs number="2865">dismayed</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>, <em> even </em>my <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, <em> will </em><em> be </em><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>thee; he will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7503">fail</strongs>thee, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs><strongs number="5800">forsake</strongs>thee, <strongs number="5704">until</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="3615">finished</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4399">work</strongs>for the <strongs number="5656">service</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>And, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, the <strongs number="4256">courses</strongs>of the <strongs number="3548">priests</strongs>and the <strongs number="3881">Levites</strongs>, <em> even </em><em> they </em><em> shall </em><em> be </em><em> with </em><em> thee </em>for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="5656">service</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs>: and <em> there </em><em> shall </em><em> be </em><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>thee for all <strongs number="3605">manner</strongs>of <strongs number="4399">workmanship</strongs><strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="5081">willing</strongs>skillful <strongs number="2451">man</strongs>, for any <strongs number="3605">manner</strongs>of <strongs number="5656">service</strongs>: also the <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs>and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><em> will </em><em> be </em><strongs number="3605">wholly</strongs>at thy <strongs number="1697">commandment</strongs>. </verse>
