And it shall come to passin thatday, that the Lordshall set his handagainthe second timeto recoverthe remnantof his people, whichshall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islandsof the sea. And he shall set upan ensignfor the nations, and shall assemblethe outcastsof Israel, and gather togetherthe dispersedof Judahfrom the fourcornersof the earth. The envyalso of Ephraimshall depart, and the adversariesof Judahshall be cut off: Ephraimshall notenvyJudah, and Judahshall notvexEphraim. But they shall flyupon the shouldersof the Philistinestoward the west; they shall spoilthemof the easttogether: they shall laytheir handupon Edomand Moab; and the childrenof Ammonshall obeythem. And the LORDshall utterly destroythe tongueof the Egyptiansea; and with his mightywindshall he shakehis handoverthe river, and shall smiteit in the sevenstreams, and make men go overdry-shod. And there shall bea highwayfor the remnantof his people, whichshall be left, from Assyria; like asit wasto Israelin the daythat he came upout of the landof Egypt.
