A Psalm of David, when he changedhis behaviorbeforeAbimelech; who drove him away, and he departed. I will blessthe LORDat alltimes: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soulshall make her boastin the LORD: the humbleshall hear thereof , and be glad. O magnifythe LORDwithme, and let us exalthis nametogether. I soughtthe LORD, and he heardme, and deliveredme from allmy fears. They lookeduntohim, and were lightened: and their faceswere notashamed. Thispoorman cried, and the LORDheard him , and savedhim out of allhis troubles. The angelof the LORDencampethround aboutthem that fearhim, and delivereththem. O tasteand seethatthe LORD is good: blessed is the man that trustethin him. O fearthe LORD, ye his saints: for there is nowantto them that fearhim. The young lionsdo lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seekthe LORDshall notwantanygood thing . Come, ye children, hearkenunto me: I will teachyou the fearof the LORD. Whatman is he that desirethlife, and loveth many days, that he may seegood? Keepthy tonguefrom evil, and thy lipsfrom speakingguile. Departfrom evil, and dogood; seekpeace, and pursueit. The eyesof the LORD are uponthe righteous, and his ears are open untotheir cry. The faceof the LORD is against them that doevil, to cut offthe remembranceof them from the earth. The righteous cry, and the LORDheareth, and delivereththem out of alltheir troubles. The LORD is nighunto them that are of a brokenheart; and savethsuch as be of a contritespirit. Many are the afflictionsof the righteous: but the LORDdeliverethhim out of them all. He keepethallhis bones: notoneof themis broken. Evilshall slaythe wicked: and they that hatethe righteousshall be desolate. The LORDredeemeththe soulof his servants: and noneof them that trustin him shall be desolate.
