MoreoverJobcontinuedhis parable, and said, As Godliveth, who hath taken awaymy judgment; and the Almighty, who hath vexedmy soul; Allthe whilemy breath is in me, and the spiritof God is in my nostrils; My lipsshall notspeakwickedness, normy tongueutterdeceit. God forbidthatI should justifyyou: tillI dieI will notremovemine integrityfromme. My righteousnessI hold fast, and will notlet it go: my heartshall notreproach me so long as I live. Let mine enemybeas the wicked, and he that riseth up againstme as the unrighteous. Forwhat is the hopeof the hypocrite, thoughhe hath gained, whenGodtaketh awayhis soul? Will Godhearhis crywhentroublecomethuponhim? Will he delight himselfinthe Almighty? will he alwayscall uponGod? I will teachyou by the handof God: that which is withthe Almightywill I notconceal. Behold, allye yourselveshave seen it ; whythen are ye thusaltogethervain? This is the portionof a wickedmanwithGod, and the heritageof oppressors, which they shall receiveof the Almighty. Ifhis childrenbe multiplied, it is forthe sword: and his offspringshall notbe satisfiedwith bread. Those that remainof him shall be buriedin death: and his widowsshall notweep. Thoughhe heap upsilveras the dust, and prepareraimentas the clay; He may prepare it , but the justshall put it on, and the innocentshall dividethe silver. He buildethhis houseas a moth, and as a booth that the keepermaketh. The rich manshall lie down, but he shall notbe gathered: he openethhis eyes, and he is not. Terrorstake holdon him as waters, a tempeststealeth him awayin the night. The east windcarrieth him away, and he departeth: and as a storm hurlethhim out of his place. For God shall castuponhim, and notspare: he would fain fleeout of his hand. Men shall claptheir handsathim, and shall hisshim out of his place.
