Then answeredBildadthe Shuhite, and said, How long will it be ere ye makean endof words? mark, and afterwardswe will speak. Whereforeare we countedas beasts, and reputed vilein your sight? He tearethhimselfin his anger: shall the earthbe forsakenforthee? and shall the rockbe removedout of his place? Yea, the lightof the wickedshall be put out, and the sparkof his fireshall notshine. The lightshall be darkin his tabernacle, and his candleshall be put outwithhim. The stepsof his strengthshall be straitened, and his own counselshall cast him down. Forhe is castinto a netby his own feet, and he walkethupona snare. The ginshall take him by the heel, and the robbershall prevailagainsthim. The snare is laidfor him in the ground, and a trapfor him inthe way. Terrorsshall make him afraidon every side, and shall drivehim to his feet. His strengthshall behunger-bitten, and destruction shall be readyat his side. It shall devourthe strengthof his skin: even the firstbornof deathshall devourhis strength. His confidenceshall be rooted outof his tabernacle, and it shall bringhim to the kingof terrors. It shall dwellin his tabernacle, because it is noneof his: brimstoneshall be scattereduponhis habitation. His rootsshall be dried upbeneath, and aboveshall his branchbe cut off. His remembranceshall perishfromthe earth, and he shall have nonameinthe street. He shall be drivenfrom lightintodarkness, and chasedout of the world. He shall neitherhave sonnornephewamong his people, norany remainingin his dwellings. They that come after him shall be astonishedathis day, as they that went beforewere frightened. Surelysuch are the dwellingsof the wicked, and this is the place of him that knowethnotGod.
