And GodrememberedNoah, and everyliving thing, and allthe cattlethat was withhim in the ark: and Godmade a windto passoverthe earth, and the watersassuaged; The fountainsalso of the deepand the windowsof heavenwere stopped, and the rainfromheavenwas restrained; And the watersreturnedfrom offthe earthcontinually: and after the endof the hundredand fiftydaysthe waterswere abated. And the arkrestedin the seventhmonth, on the seventeenthdayof the month, uponthe mountainsof Ararat. And the watersdecreasedcontinuallyuntilthe tenthmonth: in the tenth month , on the first day of the month, were the topsof the mountainsseen. And it came to passat the endof fortydays, that Noahopenedthe windowof the arkwhichhe had made: And he sent fortha raven, which went forthto and fro, untilthe waterswere dried upfrom offthe earth. Also he sent fortha dovefromhim, to seeif the waterswere abatedfrom offthe faceof the ground; But the dovefoundnorestfor the soleof her foot, and she returneduntohim intothe ark, forthe waters were onthe faceof the wholeearth: then he put forthhis hand, and tookher, and pulled her inuntohim intothe ark. And he stayedyetothersevendays; and againhe sent forththe doveout ofthe ark; And the dovecame intohim inthe evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an oliveleafplucked off: so Noahknewthatthe waterswere abatedfrom offthe earth. And he stayedyetothersevendays; and sent forththe dove; which returnednotagainuntohim any more. And it came to passin the sixhundredthand firstyear, in the first month , the first day of the month, the waterswere dried upfrom offthe earth: and Noahremovedthe coveringof the ark, and looked, and, behold, the faceof the groundwas dry. And in the secondmonth, on the sevenand twentiethdayof the month, was the earthdried. And GodspokeuntoNoah, saying, Go forthofthe ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wiveswiththee. Bring forthwiththee everyliving thingthat is withthee, of allflesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of everycreeping thingthat creepethuponthe earth; that they may breed abundantlyin the earth, and be fruitful, and multiplyuponthe earth. And Noahwent forth, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wiveswithhim: Everybeast, everycreeping thing, and everyfowl, and whatsoevercreepethuponthe earth, after their kinds, went forthout ofthe ark. And Noahbuiltan altarunto the LORD; and tookof everycleanbeast, and of everycleanfowl, and offeredburnt offeringson the altar. And the LORDsmelleda sweetsavor; and the LORDsaidinhis heart, I will notagaincursethe groundany morefor man's sake; forthe imaginationof man's heart is evilfrom his youth; neitherwill I againsmiteany moreevery thingliving, asI have done. Whilethe earthremaineth, seedtimeand harvest, and coldand heat, and summerand winter, and dayand nightshall notcease.
