And they came neartothe stewardof Joseph's house, and they communedwithhim at the doorof the house, And said, Osir, we came indeed downat the first timeto buyfood: And it came to pass, whenwe cametothe inn, that we openedour sacks, and, behold, every man's money was in the mouthof his sack, our moneyin full weight: and we have brought it againin our hand. And othermoneyhave we brought downin our handsto buyfood: we cannottellwhoputour moneyin our sacks. And he said, Peace be to you, fearnot: your God, and the Godof your father, hath givenyou treasurein your sacks: I hadyour money. And he brought Simeon outuntothem. And the manbroughtthe meninto Joseph's house, and gave them water, and they washedtheir feet; and he gavetheir assesprovender. And they made readythe presentagainstJosephcameat noon: forthey heardthatthey should eatbreadthere. And when Josephcamehome, they broughthim the presentwhich was in their handinto the house, and bowed themselvesto him to the earth. And he askedthem of their welfare, and said, Is your fatherwell, the old manof whomye spoke? Is he yetalive? And they answered, Thy servantour father is in good health, he is yetalive. And they bowed down their heads, and made obeisance. And he lifted uphis eyes, and sawhis brotherBenjamin, his mother's son, and said, Is thisyour youngerbrother, of whomye spokeuntome? And he said, Godbe graciousunto thee, my son. And Josephmade haste; forhis bowelsdid yearnuponhis brother: and he sought where to weep; and he entered into his chamber, and weptthere. And he washedhis face, and went out, and refrained himself, and said, Set onbread. And they set onfor him by himself, and for them by themselves, and for the Egyptians, which did eatwithhim, by themselves: becausethe Egyptiansmightnoteatbreadwiththe Hebrews; forthat is an abominationunto the Egyptians. And they satbeforehim, the firstbornaccording to his birthright, and the youngestaccording to his youth: and the menmarveledoneatanother. And he took and sent messesuntothem frombeforehim: but Benjamin's messwas five times so much asanyof theirs. And they drank, and were merrywithhim.
