Moreover the LORDansweredJob, and said, Shall he that contendethwiththe Almightyinstruct him ? he that reprovethGod, let him answerit. Then Jobansweredthe LORD, and said, Behold, I am vile; whatshall I answerthee? I will laymine handuponmy mouth. Oncehave I spoken; but I will notanswer: yea, twice; but I will proceed no further. Then answeredthe LORDunto Jobout ofthe whirlwind, and said, Gird upthy loinsnowlike a man: I will demandof thee, and declarethou unto me. Wilt thou alsodisannulmy judgment? wilt thou condemnme, thatthou mayest be righteous? Hast thou an armlike God? or canst thou thunderwith a voicelike him? Deckthyself now with majestyand excellency; and arraythyself with gloryand beauty. Cast abroadthe rageof thy wrath: and beholdevery one that is proud, and abasehim. Look onevery one that is proud, and bring him low; and tread downthe wickedin their place. Hidethem in the dusttogether; and bindtheir facesin secret. Then will Ialsoconfessunto thee thatthine own right handcan savethee. Beholdnowbehemoth, whichI madewiththee; he eatethgrassas an ox. Lonow, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navelof his belly. He movethhis taillikea cedar: the sinewsof his stonesare wrapped together. His bones are as strong piecesof brass; his bones are like barsof iron. He is the chiefof the waysof God: he that madehim can make his swordto approach unto him . Surelythe mountainsbring him forthfood, whereallthe beastsof the fieldplay. He liethunderthe shady trees, in the covertof the reed, and fens. The shady treescoverhim with their shadow; the willowsof the brookcompass him about. Behold, he drinketh upa river, and hastethnot: he trusteththathe can draw upJordanintohis mouth. He takethit with his eyes: his nosepierceththrough snares.
