Neverthelesstheseshall ye noteatof them that chewthe cud, or of them that dividethe hoof: as the camel, becausehecheweththe cud, but dividethnotthe hoof; he is uncleanunto you. And the coney, becausehecheweththe cud, but dividethnotthe hoof; he is uncleanunto you. And the hare, becausehecheweththe cud, but dividethnotthe hoof; he is uncleanunto you. And the swine, thoughhedividethe hoof, and be cloven-footed, yet hechewethnotthe cud; he is uncleanto you. Of their fleshshall ye noteat, and their carcassshall ye nottouch; they are uncleanto you. Theseshall ye eatof allthat are in the waters: whatsoeverhath finsand scalesin the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat. And allthathave notfinsand scalesin the seas, and in the rivers, of allthat movein the waters, and of anylivingthingwhich is in the waters, they shall be an abominationunto you: They shall beeven an abominationunto you; ye shall noteatof their flesh, but ye shall have their carcasses in abomination. And these are they which ye shall have in abominationamongthe fowls; they shall notbe eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the osprey, And the vulture, and the kiteafter his kind; Everyravenafter his kind; And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckoo, and the hawkafter his kind, And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl, And the swan, and the pelican, and the gier-eagle, And the stork, the heronafter her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat. Allfowlsthat creep, goingupon all four, shall be an abominationunto you. Yetthesemay ye eatof everyflyingcreeping thingthat goethupon all four, whichhave legsabovetheir feet, to leapwithaluponthe earth; Even theseofthem ye may eat; the locustafter his kind, and the bald locustafter his kind, and the beetleafter his kind, and the grasshopperafter his kind. But all other flyingcreeping things, whichhave fourfeet, shall be an abominationunto you. And for theseye shall be unclean: whosoevertoucheththe carcassof them shall be uncleanuntilthe even. And whosoeverbeareth aught of the carcassof them shall washhis clothes, and be uncleanuntilthe even. The carcasses of everybeastwhichdivideththe hoof, and is notcloven-footed, norcheweththe cud, are uncleanunto you: every onethat toucheththem shall be unclean. And whatsoevergoethuponhis paws, among all mannerof beaststhat goon all four, those are uncleanunto you: whosotoucheththeir carcassshall be uncleanuntilthe even. And he that beareththe carcassof them shall washhis clothes, and be uncleanuntilthe even: they are uncleanunto you. Thesealso shall be uncleanunto you among the creeping thingsthat creepuponthe earth; the weasel, and the mouse, and the tortoiseafter his kind, And the ferret, and the chameleon, and the lizard, and the snail, and the mole. These are uncleanto you among allthat creep: whosoeverdoth touchthem, when they be dead, shall be uncleanuntilthe even. And uponwhatsoever any ofthem, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether it be anyvesselof wood, orraiment, orskin, orsack, whatsoevervessel it be , wherein any workis done, it must be putinto water, and it shall be uncleanuntilthe even; so it shall be cleansed. And everyearthenvessel, whereinto any ofthem falleth, whatsoever is init shall be unclean; and ye shall breakit. Of allmeatwhichmay be eaten, that onwhich such watercomethshall be unclean: and alldrinkthatmay be drunkin every such vesselshall be unclean. And every thing whereupon any part of their carcassfallethshall be unclean; whether it be oven, or ranges for pots, they shall be broken down: for they are unclean, and shall beuncleanunto you. Neverthelessa fountainor pit, wherein there is plentyof water, shall beclean: but that which toucheththeir carcassshall be unclean. And if any part oftheir carcassfalluponanysowingseedwhichis to be sown, it shall be clean. But if any waterbe putuponthe seed, and any part of their carcassfallthereon, it shall be uncleanunto you. And ifany beast, ofwhichye may eat, die; he that toucheththe carcassthereof shall be uncleanuntilthe even. And he that eatethof the carcassof it shall washhis clothes, and be uncleanuntilthe even: he also that beareththe carcassof it shall washhis clothes, and be uncleanuntilthe even. And everycreeping thingthat creepethuponthe earth shall be an abomination; it shall notbe eaten. Whatsoevergoethuponthe belly, and whatsoevergoethupon all four, or whatsoeverhath morefeetamong allcreeping thingsthat creepuponthe earth, them ye shall noteat; forthey are an abomination. Ye shall notmake yourselves abominablewith anycreeping thingthat creepeth, neithershall ye make yourselves uncleanwith them, that ye should be defiledthereby. ForI am the LORDyour God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall beholy; forI am holy: neithershall ye defileyourselveswith any mannerof creeping thingthat creepethuponthe earth. ForI am the LORDthat bringeth you upout of the landof Egypt, to beyour God: ye shall therefore beholy, forI am holy. This is the lawof the beasts, and of the fowl, and of everylivingcreaturethat movethin the waters, and of everycreaturethat creepethuponthe earth: To make a differencebetweenthe uncleanand the clean, and betweenthe beastthat may be eatenand the beastthatmay notbe eaten.
